I'm not receiving email notifications

Check your spam folder first. Then verify your email address in Settings > Notifications. Add noreply@wilcart.com to your contacts. If still not working, contact support to check server logs.

How do I reset my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email and check for a reset link. Link expires in 1 hour. If you don't receive it, check spam or contact support.
